Summer Lunch Program

June 3-August 16

The Summer Food Service Program was established to ensure that low-income children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session. Free meals, that meet Federal nutrition guidelines, are provided to all children 18 years old and under.

Teen Take-Apart

Saturday, July 27

Tear apart old appliances and electronic devices to see how
they work. Maybe you can make something new from the
parts! We are accepting working and nonworking donations
of used electronics (radios, telephones, etc.).

Tech Time for Adults

Tuesday, July 30
6:30 pm

Do you want to play with new tech? Join us to build your own robot using Cubelets, develop your own video game with Bloxels, program a Sphero Sprk+ robot, or control a LEGO Mindstorm. All hands on and lots of fun! No registration required.

Food Truck Friday

Fridays in Summer

11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Skip the bagged lunch and enjoy eclectic food truck fare at Reed Memorial Library’s Food Truck Fridays every Friday between June 14 and August 30. Food trucks will be available at 167 East Main Street in front of the library between 11:30-2:00 p.m. Seating areas with tables and chairs will be provided.
